nothing important

Semlm, everything goes well and Alhamdulillah...taktahu nak cerita apa disini...second xtvts by my student and supervise by me....i love all my students....but, maybe i'm kinda of strict....biarlah students faham sebabnya...kita tak boleh nak fahamkan semua org didunia nie..dan nak puas kan hati semua org....biar ape pun berlalu dan berlaku, terpulang kepada niat kita sendiri...yang paling penting, jgn kita susahkan hidup seseorg....i'm also kinda of remember of all past...and difficult to delete either from my memory or from heart....so, once people talk an do bad to me, i will forgive but, difficult to forget....ini susahnya jadi diri aku....sebab, aku nie sorang yang amat ambil berat pada setiap perkara...so my life is too complicated....sebab tue, awal2 lagi, aku dah pesan pada orang....not easily being me n be with me...i trust people..but once u betray me...i will keep it as a barrier to be close with u....and, perhaps i'm kinda sensitive people...i keep..and keep...and keep...so, thats me....i try to forget everything but i dont know why, difficult to do...sorry, if u cant understand me....but, insyaAllah...i'm sincere to be with any..but i hope people will also do................because i dont want to hate anybody...............thats y, i need my time n place to go...because i need to think a lot....

2008 will be past only in 2 months more to go...bila fikir semula, masa berlalu amat cepat dan pantas...kadang-kadang tak sangka semakin lama semakin cepat. Tahun depan dah 2009, i hope 2008 will be ended in flying colours of my life. i really need to have a new starting in 2009...sebelum tue, kena lah habis kan thn ini...1 dis nie, genaplah 3 thn disini...tiada siapa pun tahu dan jangka sesuatu yang telah berlaku...hidup ni mcm gambling..kita cuba...usaha..doa dan tawakkal.itu shj..tiada apa yang ada selain itu...semua org yang terbaik tetapi hanya Allah shj yang tahu..dimana terbaiknya hidup kita...

student programs: i will attend tonite...

today, i have a lot invitation of student programs...such as battle of the band, sinar aidilfitri, symposium and also the silat...i'm still bz of marking papers, tidy my house and laundering my clothes...however, i'm choosing to attend the battle of the band activity....i'm sure this activity will bring me happy also...actually, i'm planning to attend the symposium also...but, my job still not finish yet...sorry, for those students....for the battle of the band is supervised by my bestfriend here (mzar) and i'm sure he will do his best ever with his students...for him and his team....good luck ever!!!!

My starting....after a long holiday...

one of my bestfriend among 3 will be married so soon (Suhaila Jaya) and she's an excellent senior auditor in Ridzuan Johari & Co...and sooner will be Branch Manager in Ampang.....i'm very happy on behalf of her on her wedding day 26th of October 2008 and sure after my 10 days birthday...hhahhaahah (just let everyone know)..later i will only wait for another 2 lovely friends to get married too....Dont wait for me because I will only take too long time to make any decision...hahahhha....TO ALL MY BESTFRIENDS.... last cooking

i plan to bake macaroni and oreo spaghetti for my family for the last cooking at my home before i'm going off for another 3 months...all the recipes are mixed and match between my mum, all recipes and nigella... i love to cook...i'm very happy if people can eat well my cook...lovely and happy for myself...

i'm still having ny holiday mood and not raya mood. for me, i love enjoing my life with my family...so, 6 october... we went to melaka to enjoy our tea party, night dinner together and bought something for ourselves....sure the first place is our tea party and then, shopping my new tudung and stop at menara taming sari for the visit...and the last place is our nite dinner....we arrived at Muar at 10 pm.....pics will be added soon in my FS....u need to enjoy ur life with ur mum n dad if we still have time to go....for me, memories are important and cant be forget and i love to keep depth in my heart...

today, since 9pm start to make the muffin n cupcake..too excited with my home handmade..because this is the most interesting hobby that i love it especially when i'm at home..two kind of muffin n cupcake...BLUEBERRY WITH NUT MEG SPRINKLE AND CHOCOLATE CHIP WITH BUTTER CREAM SUGAR..according to my mum, dad, sista and brother...very delicious n yummy... for me...I'M VERY HAPPY WHEN PEOPLE AROUND ME EAT MY COOKING AND BAKING...I LOVE TO COOK AND BAKE....for your information, if i'm too stress OR bored.... i like to leave my office work or that problem and start to cook or tidy my room...THATS ME...

raya 2008

too tired but still have fun for this raya holiday..all the pics need to wait for my lovely sista because i will grab from her..3 days in kampung muar give me a lot of happiness with my parent, siblings, cousins, aunties, uncles and sure my grand ma...Atuk Awa...she's the one that really shown her happy face..and sure her house is fully book like sardin..and also noise from kids..however, i will always remind myself that only two times that all the sedara will meet together...one: SURE ON HARI RAYA CELEBRATION and second: SURE IF ANY death kenduri...SO, ANYTHING WE NEED TO APPRECIATE ALL THE MEMORIES THAT COME TO OUR LIFE...AND FOR ME, CANT FORGET EASILY....PAST WILL BE PAST...TODAY WILL BE YESTERDAY...TOMORROW WILL BE TODAY...our care...loving..tender...will come with action from our heart....

blueberry muffin recipe...i love this

ingredients:
125 grams butter
120 grams fine granulated sugar
2 eggs
250 grams plain flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
125ml milk (low fat)
blueberry jam/topping /filing
vanilla essence
maybe can add up 90grams of vegetable oil

method
1. cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. add eggs gradually with vanilla essence
2. fold in sifted flour and baking powder. pour in milk and mixed gently
3. pipe 1/3 full of the mixture onto paper cups placed in muffin moulds.
4. add in 1 teaspoonsof blueberry and pipe more batter to fill 80% of the cups.
5. bake for about 20-25 minutes at 200 c.

you can also put the blueberry jam as a topping or make other types of topping...refer to topping recipe below....

NUT TOPPING

• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped very fine
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

STREUSAL TOPPING

• 1/4 cup sugar (I like using brown..but white works too)
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 2 tablespoons butter

SUGAR AND CINNAMON TOPPING

• 2 tablespoons sugar (I use white)
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

1. NUT TOPPING.
2. IN BOWL: Add: 1/4 cup brown sugar.
3. 1/4 cup walnuts finely chopped.
4. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
5. MIx together and sprinkle on muffins just before putting muffins in to bake.
6. STREUSAL TOPPING.
7. IN BOWL: 1/4 cup sugar.
8. 3 tablespoons flour.
9. 2 tablespoons butter.
10. MIx together and sprinkle on muffins just before baking.
11. SUGAR AND CINNAMON TOPPING.
12. IN SMALL BOWL: Mix 2 tablspoons sugar and 1 teaspoons cinnamon and sprikle on top of muffins before putting mufffins in the oven to bake.

hari nie, masa membuat muffin blueberry dan kek marble...nyummmmm...semua dah siap...so, wonderful lah...about 35 biji muffin yang dah ada atas meja untuk diberi pada my sedara n us to eat...tp toppingnye biasa je...i like it...next week maybe the best time to bake chocolate moist...n untuk cube resepi lain....

sebelum ni ada gak aku pergi shopping tp hari nie la paling sekejap aku pergi...dah la ramai org di ct square tue...semua org pun dok shopping dan queu di counter pun penuh...tp tanpa disedari...byk juga la tempat aku pergi....levi's, face shop, skin food, padini, seed, watson, body shop, dan semua kedai yg aku larat...........habis jugaklah....aku plg puas hati bile present ibu n ape yg adik aku nak dah di berikan...........kira aku happy la...sebab semua dah ada...brg aku sendiri pun dah aku beli...nasib baik kedai tudung takde dlm cs tue....penat pun takde la sgt bile dah dpt....lepas tue aku balik umah dan mule la memasak......serta keluar semula pergi cari blueberry aku nie....muffin aku la nie....aku dah lapar ingat bluberry...ini bkn kueh raya...tp sape yg aku bg..itu kira rezeki la kan....esok pulak byk lg benda nak dibuat dlm umah nie.....kaylah...esok aku smbg lg....

bermula hari cuti yang penuh menyeronokkan..semlm my sis pulang so, sure dah ada geng sekwn yang nak pergi survey any barang yang interesting tp taktau la larat atau tak nak berjln.hari nie tentatif pertama mesti JB cite square...then baru jusco...then baru bakar kek then baru completekan kerje2 rumah...pagi2 buta nie..bkn ada mood sgt nak tulis blog nie cume nak update sikit dan sementara nak solat subuh nie...aku dok la merepek kat sini...semlm dah berapa jam pergi ke pelaza pelangi...tp nothing to buy...hari nie, insyaAllah ada sebab dah ada kaki mkn pau....yang dah memang target nak beli barang...hahahhhaha.....oklah aku nak sambung tido sebelum semuanya bermula.....bye

first time vacation

This is my first time...vacation to the place out of Malaysia...exactly..to say that..very good experience and nice to remember...however, i will always remind myself that this will be the past...and can't be repeated to be the same next time..actually, i'm the one that love to be kept this as a memory in my heart...and not for everyone to share....unfortunately, today while i'm searching for the vacation folder..i can't find any..missing already or maybe i have deleted...while i'm cleaned up my laptop...huh...but, i hope to find it in my office pc or in my cd, later...only this pics that left in my laptop while i'm trying to upload for this blogger...so sadddddddddddddd........

Balik je ke JB nie..the most important thing to do now..is cooking, baking and tasting...wow..melampau sungguh..ini kiranya balas dendam terhadap makanan yang tak dapat masa di sana la nie....yang paling best if kita buat sendiri walaupun..tak sehandal secret recipe atau si nigela nie...geram betul aku skrang nie...sempat tak nie..aku nak buat bermacam jenis roti dan muffin yang aku nak rasa sendiri nie...huh...esok...paling penting, aku kena ke kedai bahan si ming huat nie...nak borong vanilla essence, butter, rasperi jam...vanila...ape entah lagi, sebab mlmnye aku nak membuang masa, buat muffin...sedapnya....kalau kat sini, bahan senang nak dpt..shopping dan buang aje la duit di kedai2 nie...sebab kat labuan nie, asyik nak kena order dekat si tauke grand dorsett je..bile lagi aku nak tunjukkan kehebatan yang entah kat mana nie....hahahaahahah....padahal kerje aku byk nie...semuanya aku buat sekaligus..mana sempat lah...cuti kali nie amat penting buat aku..sebab telalu byk agenda yang tak tertulis dlm diari... oklah..kalau sesiapa rajin, pegi la survey nigella.com.....sedap semuanya...ini semua aku share dgn kwn baik aku di KL la...dia nie pun, terlalu hebat dlm pembuatan kek dan semua ala2 memasak nie...bile nak survey je pasal nie, mesti online dan ym 24 hours...hahahahha....oklah...pada lyn, kau try lah dulu triple choc brownies..aku nak muffin n cupcakes nie..hahhahhah...
